Getting stranded anywhere in the winter can be difficult at best. Returning from a photo shoot in California, all flights were cancelled back to Maine. New York at midnight in sleet and snow didn’t stop the Westminster dog show owner’s handlers and dogs. What fortune I had walking through the streets to see Uno, the beagle who had just won Best In Show. The handler was good enough to allow me a few moments to photograph this wonderful dog.
